We are now Hiring for All Hourly Team Members/Crew including Cooks, Cashiers and Customer Service positions for our location in Fargo, ND! Hourly Job Requirements: We are hiring for all positions including daytime front of house, and additionally for individuals with night and weekend availability Must have excellent customer service skills Good verbal communication skills Desire for personal and professional growth We believe in providing a solid quality of life for our employees, and our operation shows it, for example: We don't serve breakfast or alcohol. Your work environment is clean and comfortable, with no deep fryers, stoves or mixers and minimal cooking. You won't go home smelling like old fries. We prepare all management recruits with an extensive training program, in both restaurant and classroom environments. Starting wages broken down by brackets: Little to no experience - $12/hr. - $/13hr. (Including -tip share that is $14.50/hr. - $15.50/hr.) Mid level experience - $13/hr. - $14/hr. (Including tip share that is $15.50/hr. - $16.50/hr.) High level experience - $15/hr. - $16/hr. (Including tip share that is $17.50/hr. - $18.50/hr.) ALL STAFF GET TIP SHARING - Low end of tip sharing is $2.50/hr. with the high end at $4/hr.
