Job Description:

This well established, highly reputable/awarded, and rapidly growing company -has provided Commercial, Post-Frame, and Agriculture Design/Build services for over 60 years, with 4 locations across the Midwest, maintaining a 5-star customer satisfaction rating.

• They have around 150-200 employees and revenue of around $30M annually and are continuing to grow.
• They promote from within, take care of their employees, and have exceptionally lower turnover.

    • 3 years of Millwright experience.
    • High school diploma or GED, preferred.
    • Industrial Machine experience (such as forklift) preferred.
    • Current OSHA 10 or MSHA Certification preferred.
    • Current and insurable drivers license to drive company truck.
    • Ability to weld.Physical Requirements:
      • Might require working 150ft or higher in the air.
      • Strong hand-eye coordination.
      • Climb ladders, scaffolds, or high structures
      • Lift and carry objects up to 50lbs.
      • Stoop, lay, bend, or squat for long periods of time.Compensation range:
        • Competitive base pay, with potential for increase after short-term review.
