The Staff Accountant II is responsible for recording transactions effectively and efficiently, in order to ensure accurate financial statements. This is done all in accordance with the organization's mission, vision, values, team guidelines, and business plan.Duties and Responsibilities - Process payables for funding new leases accurately and timely - Record cash receipts from customers accurately and efficiently- Cash receipts reporting and pass-thru payment for contracts serviced for investors as assigned- Completion of assigned account reconcilements- Reporting and payment of sales tax and/or property tax while co-managing a schedule to meet various state and local deadlines. Supervision is provided as needed.- Complete contract modifications, perform project responsibilities, and perform backup responsibilities as neededAssociate's Degree or Two Year College Equivalent Required; three years of related work experience required.This is a full-time position with benefits.
