do. We currently have opportunities available at our Aberdeen Plant
for Electronic Assemblers on the following shifts: Day shift
(Mon-Thurs 6:00am-4:30pm) Position Summary Electronic Assemblers
are responsible for assembling electronic systems and support
structure through the use of a soldering iron or other hand tools
to install components, units, subassemblies, wiring, and assembly
casings. This position reports to the Production Manager According
to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), this position is classified
as: - Non-Exempt /n What You'll Be Doing /n - Assemble
subassemblies and/or final product following instructions from
matrix documentation and SOPs. /n - Place, wire, solder, and
utilize hot soldering iron to connect and encapsulate PC boards
and/or units. /n - Test, label, package, and deliver to stockroom.
/n - Adjust, repair, or replace electronic component parts to
correct defects and to ensure conformance to specifications. /n -
Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and reports in order to
determine materials requirements and assembly instructions. /n -
Position, align, and adjust work pieces and electrical parts to
facilitate wiring and assembly. /n - Complete, review, and maintain
production, time, and component waste reports. /n - May confer with
supervisors or engineers to plan and review work activities, and to
resolve production problems. /n - May explain assembly procedures
or techniques to other workers. /n /n What You bring to the Table

simple repairs, etc. /n - Bends neck to use scope for precision
work and perform inspections. /n - Regularly required to use hands
to finger, handle or feel to complete tasks. /n - Simple hand grasp
needed to convey parts and hold tools; dexterity required to
solder, encapsulate, correct defects, etc. /n - Occasionally move,
carry, or lift objects or materials weighing up to 30 pounds. /n -
Frequently required to talk and/or hear /n - Exposed to a computer
screen for up to 8 hours per day /n - Utilize a computer mouse,
keyboard, computer, and other standard office equipment /n -
Ability to focus on fine details and distinguish between colors as
