Job Description:
The position will work out of our West Fargo, ND location.
Hiring to start the spring 2026 season. About Us: Summit Siteworks
is an established concrete company that operates in the Fargo ND
area. We at Summit Siteworks value our employees and strive to
provide a positive working atmosphere. Pay: ranging between $33 -
$40, depending on experience Benefits: Summit Siteworks offers

a Christmas bonus and a spring bonus. Hours: Days, Monday thru
Friday with occasional Saturdays when needed Requirements/Duties: 5
Years experience Ability to research and examine data and factors
that affect the cost of working with concrete Must be able to read
and follow blueprints Must do an overview of quality of work,
safety on job site, and care of equipment, trucks and trailers Must
help shape and enforce all company policies and job descriptions
Ability to work with job superintendents, engineers, architects,
and homeowners in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Responsible for the crew efficiency Must have correct information
to the crew in a timely manner Responsible for reviewing weekly
times to ensure accuracy Responsible for all job-related paperwork
in a timely manner Lead by example Good communication skills Quick
problem solving and conflict resolution abilities Ability to
motivate without cursing and demeaning
