Job Description Job Description Seasonal Apprentice Lineworkers Cass County Electric Cooperative (CCEC) is looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our team as Seasonal Apprentice Lineworkers! We have up to two openings, located at our Arthur Service Center and CCEC Headquarters in Fargo, ND. In this role, you'll work alongside our experienced line crews, helping with the construction, maintenance, and operation of our electric distribution system. It's a great opportunity to build real-world experience in the field and take the next step in your lineworker career. These seasonal positions are eligible for participation in the CCEC Apprenticeship Program and include employee benefits, such as paid vacation and holidays. What we're looking for: A diploma or degree from a recognized Electrical Lineworker program through a technical college A valid Class A CDL The physical ability to perform a variety of manual labor tasks Availability to work full-time during the construction season (May–December), up to 1,300 hours If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and contributing to a community-focused organization, we'd love to hear from you.
