As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be integral to ensuring that our manufacturing processes run efficiently and effectively by maintaining and repairing our state-of-the-art machinery and equipment. Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement machine improvements and modifications. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required and minimize downtime. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards. Document and report all maintenance tasks and procedures, including keeping a log of completed repairs and potential areas for future attention. Assist in the installation of new plant equipment and ensure it meets specifications. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing equipment. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and management. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred. OSHA Safety Certification is beneficial.
