The position will work out of our West Fargo, ND location. Hiring to start the spring 2026 season. About Us: Summit Siteworks is an established concrete company that operates in the Fargo ND area. Pay: ranging from $33 to $36 per hour, depending on experience Benefits: Summit Siteworks offers company paid health insurance, dental, vision and life insurance for the employee. Potential for a Christmas bonus and a spring bonus. Hours: Days, Monday thru Friday with occasional Saturdays when needed Requirements/Duties: 4 Years finishing experience Must have experience with bull-floating, riding & walk behind power troweling, brooming, shooting grade Must have experience screeding off of sand Must have experience sealing or curing of slabs Must have experience setting of sump or floor drain Must have experience cutting control joints or applying zip strip Willingness to work on footings and foundation Responsible for the quality of concrete slab project Responsible for cleaning equipment and tools used for finishing slabs Responsible for making sure site is clean and looks professional when finished May be expected to perform any duty involved in a concrete project
