Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Devils Lake, North Dakota. This role involves providing in-person services within a school setting, focusing on supporting students speech and language development. The position is onsite and requires state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist from ASHA. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based environment Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning Qualifications: Valid North Dakota Speech-Language Pathologist licensure from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Relevant experience in school-based speech-language pathology preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently Location & Schedule: Position based onsite in Devils Lake, North Dakota Full-time, 37.5 hours per week during the 2026-2027 school calendar Caseload details to be provided upon hire This opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication skills within a supportive school environment.
