Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Team Lead in Product
Operation Management.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and lead engineers, fostering collaboration and high
performance
Partner with stakeholders to define and execute technical
strategies
Establish and enforce engineering processes to improve efficiency
and compliance
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-stack development experience, with 2+ years in
leadership roles
Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React and scalable
application development
Hands-on experience with TypeScript and GoLang, including API
development
Strong understanding of design systems, UI/UX principles, and
accessibility standards
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD
practices
