ASN Constructors is a joint venture of three international contractors (Acciona, Shikun & Binui and North American Construction Group) who work with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority and other area stakeholders to build a historic project that will protect the citizens of the Fargo-Moorhead area from flood waters from the Red River. The CAD Tech is responsible for preparing and revising topographic surveys, volume quantities and construction drawings, and ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information on all drawings, plans and surveys.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for drafting and preparation of survey drawings for the assigned project.
• Prepare as-built and topographic survey plans.
• Produce accurate topographic and cross-sectional plans.
• Produce final working and construction drawings along with managing revisions and additions.
• Maintain technical library, records management and drawing archives.
• Provide drafting support on various technical documentation projects. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrated skill and experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other drafting tools and software.
  • Experience working with Survey information is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to collaborate and work as part of a team.
    Requirements
    Experience/Qualifications:
    • Diploma or equivalent experiences in civil or/and survey.
    • Previous Experience working in Construction and infrastructure projects.
    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role, in Civil and construction projects. Work Environment:
      • This position is primarily indoors.
      • This work environment may involve minimal exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises. Physical Demands:
