Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair ductwork systems for commercial HVAC projects Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings Work independently or as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently Mentor and train apprentices when needed Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards Perform field measuring and ensure accurate installation fitment Collaborate effectively with project managers and job site teams Qualifications: Active Fargo Heating and Gas License(s) (Required) Minimum 4 years of experience in Sheet Metal work Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Must have reliable transportation and necessary hand tools Effective communication skills and team-oriented attitude Benefits: Competitive Hourly Pay Overtime Prevailing Wage Opportunities $2000 Sign-On Bonus!
