This is a remote position, which can be based anywhere in the U.S.
with up to 50% travel. This position supports our solar projects
across the United States. Company Overview MasTec Renewables,

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation
of the division Responsible for interviewing and training
employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising
performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing
complaints and resolving problems Lead, promote and comply with all
Company safety policies and procedures Develop the strategic plan
for the business unit and ensure its implementation Responsible for
the overall profitability of the division Achieve client
satisfaction goals as put forth in the strategic plan Responsible
for the effective hiring, training and retention of employees
within the division Responsible for overall relationship with key
vendors, owners and clients Confer with Safety Director on any
jobsite safety issues Hold senior divisional management accountable
to resolve all conflicts such as failure of subcontractors to
perform, failure of materials to arrive, contract disputes, and
trade conflicts Interface with all staff to maintain an open line
of communication and reporting, monitor job progress, schedules and
subcontractor performance, and coordinate the operation of the
field through management of field personnel Manage and supervise
the teams who direct Project Managers and Field Superintendents by
giving ongoing performance feedback and conducting annual
performance appraisals in a timely manner. Correlate team member’s
new ideas and help in implementing new policies and procedures
Confer with SVP/EVP/President and other management personnel on
business continuity and succession planning Serve as member of the
Executive team, attending all executive staff meetings and
contributing to the overall success of the organization Attend
trade shows and conferences on management and construction topics
as presented Visit jobsites on an ongoing basis as needed Other
duties as requested by the SVP/EVP/President Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience Requirements: 15 years of
construction experience in large industrial construction companies
or similar/related industries (renewables construction, electrical
construction, vertical construction). Previous experience in
renewable energy/EPC Construction preferred. Bachelor's degree (B.
S.) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related major or
equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities Required: Take reasonable care of your own and

understanding of strategic planning, organizational development,

infrastructure projects. Visionary leadership with the ability to

all levels of the organization. Proficient in change management,
conflict resolution, and coaching for performance and career
development. Ability to cultivate a culture of accountability,

develop emerging leaders, creating succession pipelines and
fostering long-term employee growth. Ability to translate strategic
vision into actionable plans that deliver measurable results in
project execution and team engagement. Proficient in Microsoft
Office, Excel, Primavera, Viewpoint and Construction Software
Working Environment: When visiting jobsites, the work environment
involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require
