This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and successful operation of advanced manufacturing machinery through meticulous maintenance and calibration. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems Program and calibrate PLCs and other control systems Assist with the installation of new manufacturing equipment and systems Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance work and machine calibrations Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine efficiency and reliability Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting Experience with HVAC, electrical systems, and mechanical maintenance Proficiency in using tools and diagnostic equipment for maintenance and repair Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) PLC Programming Certification OSHA Safety Certification
