Job Description:
Join the dedicated team at Marvin as a Maintenance Tech I on
weekends and play a crucial role in maintaining the operational
excellence of our manufacturing processes. At Marvin, a leader in

ourselves on innovation and quality. In this role, you will ensure
that our equipment and facilities are functioning at the highest
levels to support the creation of products that enhance living
spaces. This position requires a keen attention to detail, a strong
mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and
plant facilities. Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical,
hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems. Coordinate with the
manufacturing team to prioritize maintenance activities. Maintain a
clean and safe workspace, and comply with safety regulations.
Documenting maintenance procedures and maintaining records of
completed work. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and
components. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and
manuals. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Familiarity with
electrical systems and PLC programming. Effective communication and
teamwork skills. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

401k Certification from a technical school in mechanical or
electrical maintenance is preferred. OSHA Safety Certification is a
plus.
