Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems within the production lines Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and modifications to equipment to increase reliability and efficiency Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation according to company and regulatory standards Ensure compliance with all safety and quality regulations within the maintenance department Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest technologies and practices in machinery maintenance Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Proficiency in using tools and equipment for maintenance and repair Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Effective communication skills for working with diverse teams Medical Insurance 401k Certification from a recognized industry organization, such as the Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) or equivalent Safety certification in electrical or mechanical work
