  • 227673 Job Description Job Summary Job Description Summary: Responsible for the overseeing and driving the development and implementation of key recruiting and retention strategies for the company. Defines policies of department and directs all recruitment and retention activities. Aligns strategies of department with that of the company. Ensures compliance with Company's guideline to meet FCC and OFCCP guidelines regarding hiring reports and records. Works in establishing and managing department budget. Oversees employee development initiatives. Establishes and monitors metrics to ensure effectiveness of processes and procedures. Develops long-term plans that impact the achievement of business results. Recognizes profitability and revenue potential in business opportunities. Drives change transformation and strategy execution to achieve specific business results. Creates business strategy to focus on strengths, competitive advantage and differentiation. Incorporates broad knowledge to address complex, unusual, and critical issues. Develops long-term plans that impact the achievement of business results.       • Leads strategic workforce planning by identifying critical roles, necessary skills/behaviors and updating the team on talent marketplace. Ensure Talent team has the tools and knowledge to provide expert counsel to HR, finance, and business leaders on matters related to workforce planning.
      • Plans, organizes, and directs all recruitment and retention functions. Maintains overall supervision and coordination of the organization's recruiting, training, hiring, placement, development, and promotion activities.
      • Defines recruiting policies, programs, and procedures. Establishes department's roles and objectives in coherence with the roles and objectives of the Company. Researches best practices in recruitment field and incorporates findings into long-term strategic plans.
      • In partnership with DE&I Lead, incorporates DE&I strategic goals and objectives into Talent programs across the division, executing on tactics with programs which are measurable and achieve desired outcomes.
      • Leads analysis and continuous review of recruitment and retention activities. Develops Recruitment metrics with management team that assure diversity, efficiency, and continuous alignment with business objectives. Collaborates with leadership team to continually assess the effectiveness of recruiting tools and processes.
      • Leads strategy to align the talent of our organization to business needs to ensure that we have the right talent in the right positions by bringing innovative thinking, internal and external best practices, and diverse perspectives into overall strategy.
      • Using data-driven analysis, develop and execute strategies to align performance and skills to future business needs and close identified gaps.--
      • Leads real time and programmatic talent assessment and succession planning aligned with the Company strategies and incorporating local or market needs.--
      • Ensures company meets or exceeds strategic recruiting requirements. Oversees manpower forecasting and drives career development strategies. Monitors staffing levels and implements strategies and procedures to assure consistent achievement of succession plans.
      • Utilizes professional network to identify and develop key outreach sourcing initiatives to ensure a constant pipeline of talented and diverse applicants. Oversees internal and external recruitment and placement activities and relationship building with businesses, government and community service agencies, colleges, employment agencies, and search firms.
      • Directs compliance issues including adherence, audits, and reporting requirements.
      • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
      • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
      • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
