Accounting Manager - Operations

This position will manage a team of operational accountants who
contribute to the overall efficient operation of the accounting
department to provide accurate, timely financial reporting to our
stakeholders. Processing equipment sales, reconciling balance sheet
accounts, margin analysis, calculating commissions, and providing
accounting support to our stores are a large part of the Operation
Accounting Team's day-to-day work cycle. Specific Duties Include:
Responsible for key operational accounting processes including:
equipment sales cycle, calculating commissions, reconciling balance
sheet accounts, margin analysis, and providing accounting support
to our stores.
Manages a team of accountants to ensure timely, accurate completion
of assigned accounting responsibilities. Develops reasonable
performance standards and ways of evaluating outcome quality.
Consistently creates a positive morale and sense of purpose and
accomplishment in the team.
Develops, implements, maintains, and documents accounting policies
and procedures to meet changing requirements.
Monitors and evaluates systems of internal control with appropriate
documentation, identifies deficiencies, and assists in correcting

Participates in the development of multiple accounting and
financial systems to meet changing requirements and to improve
Ensure that appropriate communications take place throughout the
location/s by facilitating/participating in monthly open-book

Manage the evaluation, allocation, and management of physical and

degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
7+ years of work-related experience in the accounting field
Excellent computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
Oral and written communication skills
10% travel required
