Direct-To-Hire Position -Assistant Manager in West Fargo -We are assisting one of our staffing partners in West Fargo, to help find an -Assistant Manager. This potential person would need to be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -and have basic care experience. This is a Direct-To-Hire position where you would be brought onboard by our staffing partner. -Position Requirements and Benefits:

• $25 per hour + on-call pay
• On-Call -- 1 out of 3 weeks
• Every other weekend and holiday
• Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays
• Yearly Bonus StructureAs an -Assistant Manager, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
  • Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients in the building
  • Oversight of Staff
  • Work with RNs, LPNs and aides to deliver excellent patient care
  • Help with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intakeA few must-haves for Assistant Manager Position:
    • High school diploma (or equivalent) and active LPN license -in ND.
    • CPR certification -
    • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
