Vice President, Enterprise Systems and Business Partner
ServicesAs the Head of VP, Enterprise Systems & Business Partner
Services, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing

businesses.What you'll be doing: --Reporting to the CIO, the Vice
President will lead a large, diverse group of technology
professionals serving two primary functions. ----Enterprise systems
teams perform application configuration, support and development
across TTEC's internal enterprise business systems and end-to-end
customer experience platforms. The Leader is instrumental in the
development of our capabilities that span Human Capital, Finance &
Accounting and Operations as well as bringing our clients advanced
customer experience solutions effectively providing TTEC a
competitive advantage. -- IT Business Partners serve distinct
operating units including Public Sector, TTEC Agility, Percepta,
and the EMEA region. -- --IT Business Partner Services teams are
connected with various business portfolio owners and lead in
formulating roadmaps, solutions, engagement of shared IT services,
and technical account management with an aim of advancing the
unique business segment.You will be responsible for:Enterprise
Systems
- Managing a team of high-performing application professionals
responsible for the full lifecycle of applications including
stakeholder management, vendor management, roadmaps, financials,
development, configuration, deployment and management.
- Oversee TTEC's efforts to provide state-of-the-art digital
omnichannel solutions, using best-in-class products, advanced
integration technologies and agile methodologies to enable
comprehensive omni-channel services.
- Ensuring stability and user satisfaction of TTEC's critical
business applications, including Oracle EBS, Oracle Payroll,
Kronos, Hyperion Planning, eWFM, Sharepoint, Taleo, and
ServiceNow.
- Drive the effectiveness and evolution of omnichannel and QA
solutions including Google, Bright Pattern, and Nice
- Partner with 3rd party providers and custom development teams
as needed driving unique solutions.
- Lead Software Architects, partner development teams, Software
Engineer and Development teams, and QA/Testing teams to build and
deploy enterprise scale solutions according to customer and
business requirements.
- Drive the establishment of architectural and security
principles for the Enterprise Systems organization and represent
those principles in collaboration with other IT organizations.
- Liaise with various groups outside of IT to facilitate
cross-functional implementation of new or improved business process
requirements for all critical business systems.--
- Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement by assisting
in the development and communication of policies, procedures and
user support tools--IT Business Partner Services
- Managing a team of talented IT professionals responsible for
successful delivery of technical roadmaps, delivery, and execution
for a set of business portfolios
- Sitting at the Business Portfolio leader's table and partnering
on strategy, delivery, and execution for the business
- Providing insight into distinct business challenges and needs
ultimately delivering innovative solutions
- Collaborating with IT Leadership and teams to leverage
connected services while advancing distinct and competitive
differentiation
- Leadership of advancement of IT capability and services for
EMEA
- Leading the advancement of business partner services
models--Desired Skills and Experience:
- 14 years of overall technology experience in a software
development role and a deep knowledge of software development
methodologies with emphasis on Agile experience
- Solid understanding and experience with customer experience,
solutions and technology.
- Enterprise application experience is required (ranging from
human capital, finance or accounting processes including financial
analysis, reporting, accounting, etc.
- Experience leading business services teams across a breadth of
technical services; --strong collaboration skills--
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or other
professional certification preferred.--
- Demonstrated excellence in a variety of competencies including:
project management, teamwork, analytical thinking and
client/customer awareness.--
- Actively demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement
focused on end user productivity and enterprise process
integrationCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe anticipated starting salary
range for individuals expressing interest in this position is
$180,000-$240,000. This position is eligible to participate in an
annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate
may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education
