Job Description Eldercare of Bemidji is currently seeking a
full-time Manager for their Tamarack Court & Cedar Cottage Assisted
Living Community. Preference will be given to individuals with an
LALD license. Others will be required to obtain an Assisted Living
License through the State of MN. Responsibilities include: public
relations, marketing, accepting inquiries and providing tours to
potential residents and their families. Maintaining good relations
with physicians, clinics, social workers etc. Oversight of resident
care and services, assuring compliance with applicable state and
federal regulations. Gathering data and monitoring quality trends,
budgeting and financial management. Employee recruitment,
onboarding training, coaching, counseling, disciplining and
terminating. The ideal candidate will possess attributes of being;
