Bolton & Menk is in search of an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our Fargo MunicipalGroup. What You Will Do:
As a Civil Project Manager you own planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management. You will learn the resources available in our organization and will maximize utilization of resources in a collaborative manner. This role will have a focus on our municipal market and private development in the Eastern North Dakota and North Western Minnesota region.
What We Are Looking For:

• 
  
• 
  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
  
  
• 
  Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of North Dakota and/or Minnesota
  
  
• 
  10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure.
  
  
• 
  Experience with client relationship management and business development.
  
  
• 
  Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  
  
  Preferred skills:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships
    
    
  • 
    Experience conducting community meetings and communication
    
    
  • 
    Previous supervisory experience
