Alina, (ah-lee-nah, Salvic origin), means "Light, Bright & Beautiful" and is a thoughtfully curated home and lifestyle boutique (opening soon right next to Mint + Basil in downtown)! Alina specializes in unique, artisan home goods, vintage rugs, sustainable clothing, jewelry, gifts & more. Many of the products are sourced from makers and brands supporting the greater good, whether it be using eco-friendly and sustainable materials, giving back to non-profit organizations, supporting fair labor environments & wages, or promoting self care, wellness & mental health. We are searching for an experienced boutique manager who can help us with the finishing "get-open" items. We are hoping to find someone who is a people person, passionate about guest service and whose values align with Alina's, our ideal candidate would also embody the following:
+ Problem Solver
+ Energetic
+ Experience with Shopify, Vend (LightSpeed), or the like
+ Merchandising Experience
+ Lover of interior design
We are a new brand (on a completely different side but under) the umbrella of Brew Restaurants. Schedule will be flexible until our doors are open and after that a 40 (ish) hour work week with the ability to work 2 weekends a month (minimum).
Alina's hours will be:
Wednesday-Saturday 10am-7pm & Sundays 12pm-5pm (we will add Mondays & Tuesdays as soon as we can!)
