Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Risk & Audit.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee risk, audit, and monitoring activities for
Corporate Compliance programs
Lead compliance program risk assessments and maintain the
organization's risk register
Manage the annual audit plan and provide guidance to audit staff
for timely completion of audits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field and
a minimum of 7 years relevant experience
Leadership skills with direct experience in managing a team
Proven experience in spreadsheets and database management
Master's degree preferred, not required
Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and/or Certification
in Internal Audit (CIA) preferred
