Job Description:

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Quality.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of SDETs to develop and maintain automated test infrastructure
Define and evolve test automation strategies for various testing types
Collaborate with teams to ensure quality gates align with compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong hands-on experience in test automation frameworks
Proficient in at least one modern programming language
Deep understanding of CI/CD processes and automated test integration
Experience supporting compliance initiatives like SOX or SOC 2
