Key Responsibilities
Manage a team to achieve company objectives through live events
Oversee end-to-end execution of content programming for various
events
Research and source speakers, prepare logistics, and analyze data
post-events
Required Qualifications
Experienced programming strategist with expertise in large
in-person events
Proven people manager with experience leading teams of three or
more
Strategically minded with a track record of building new projects
and processes
Innovative with a strong understanding of the events industry and
applicable AI tools
Willing to travel quarterly and flex work hours for global
collaboration
