Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to develop
and execute enablement programs for partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs
for OEM and strategic partners
Create and maintain partner enablement materials, including sales
playbooks and product collateral
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align
partners with the company's messaging and strategic goals
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in partner sales enablement or sales
operations, particularly with OEM and strategic partnerships in
SaaS
Solid understanding of OEM, Resellers, Referrals, SI, and VAR
partnership models
Experience developing and implementing processes for partner
enablement
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to align
strategies with company goals
Results-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes in partner
enablement effectiveness
