Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a security program and projects to address risks
and business security requirements
Monitor compliance with security policies and coordinate technical
aspects of security management
Lead and manage a team, including performance management and budget
administration
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems,
Cybersecurity, engineering, business administration, or a related
field
7 years of experience in Information Security and 4 years in IT
2 years of supervisory experience and experience implementing
security directives
Knowledge of HITRUST, NIST, and SOC frameworks
Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively
across all business units
