Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.Work Experience:Brainerd Lakes - 13300 MH Adult Consolidated and 14200 Focus Unit Only: In accordance with Minnesota Rules 245G.11 subdivision 1; all employees must be free of chemical use problems for at least two years immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact.
