Types of procedures required. perform dialysis treatments, patient assessment, plan of care, documentation of treatment parameters in EPICEquipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)Braun Dialog dialysis machines, EPIC medical recordRequired skills and minimum years of experience.2 years previous dialysis experience. Chronic/OP experience preferred. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. North Dakota license if RN or LPN, CCHT Certification if is a tech, BLS required, ACLS preferred, Certified Dialysis Nurse preferred. Shift or schedule requirements. 12 hour shifts, hours of operation are 0500-2000, work a minimum of every other weekend, taking call is desirable but not mandatoryFloating to over units/departments. No floatingBed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.32 station dialysis unitNurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)4:1Dress about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.Will orient to machine and processes, policies/operation books available as needed for referenceComments: 12 hour shifts 3 days a week 0500 to 1730 including every other Saturday. Location is 2801 University Drive South Highly prefer RN, but will also take a Tech, ONLY if we do not get RN candidates. Dialysis RN: Hospital Rate: $110.00 D/N regular, $120.00 D/N OT Agency Rate: $104.50 D/N regular, $114.00 D/N OTTech: Hospital Rate: $58.00 regular, $68.00 OTAgency Rate: $55.10 regular, $64.60 OT Name of Position Requirements - BLS - ACLS preferred - ND or Compact RN License for RN - Inpatient and Outpatient experience - Previous dialysis experience. Acute/IP experience preferred - Does this candidate require time off during the assignment?
