  • Perform admissions assessments, identify the physical and psychosocial needs of the patient. Develops a written plan using the assessment database.
  • Plan and set priorities in the delivering of nursing care
  • Evaluate patient's symptoms, reaction, and progress. Observe, record, and report them to the physician as appropriate.
  • Assess, plan and initiate patient education and discharge planning. Education and/or Experience
    • Graduate of Registered Nursing Education program.
    • 1-2 years of experience preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration
      • Must have current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota and or meeting criteria.
      • Current CPR, ACLS, PALS, TCAR, and TNCC certification or completion upon next available program. Work Schedule
        • Hours:
          • Three, 12-hour shifts. 7:00am-7:00pm, 7:00pm-7:00am
          • Every 3 rd weekend/holiday rotation required on Med Surg. Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. -
            • $33.50 - $46.50 -per hour -
