Under the direction of the RN, collaborates with physicians, the patient and family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to meet each patient's individualized needs.Work Experience:Central Market - 13300 MH Adult Consolidated and 14200 Focus Unit Only: In accordance with Minnesota Rules 9530.6450 Subpart 1-B; all employees must be free of chemical use problems for at least one year immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact. Chemical use problems are defined as: Receiving treatment for chemical use within the period specified for the position in the staff qualification requirements. Chemical use that has a negative impact on the staff member's job performance; Chemical use that affects the credibility of treatment services with clients, referral sources, or other members of the community; and Symptoms of intoxication or withdrawal on the job.
Education Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment.
  Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
  • Must have completed IV medication courses through LPN Associate Curriculum or be IV certified prior to start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or obtained within 3 months of employment.
  • Must obtain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment. ***Our Benefits are exceptional and Include:
