TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58104 Pay Information $2,826 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: ICU Resource Team Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day/Night Rotating Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience within a 200 bed, level 1 trauma hospital License: ND or compact state RN License Certifications: - BLS (American Heart Association) - ACLS (American Heart Association) - NIHSS Must-Have: - EPIC experience - Experience titrating vasopressor drips Job Description: - Manage 1-3 critically ill patients. - Handle varying patient populations, including neuro, cardiac, CT surgery, trauma, medical, and surgical patients. - Administer and manage vasopressors, sedatives, analgesics, inotropics, antiarrhythmics, and other titratable drips. - Assist with bedside procedures such as rapid sequence intubation (RSI), external ventricular drain (EVD) placement, tracheostomy, line placement, and other diagnostic tests. - Utilize equipment including EPIC EMR, Omnicell Automated Dispensing Cabinet, Aleris IV pumps, MOOG feeding pumps, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), EVD, Phillips Patient Monitoring Systems, AvaSure patient monitoring, and Impella. - Call in each day prior to the shift to determine work location. May float to various critical care departments and occasionally to medical-surgical units if needed. - Work schedule includes rotating 8 and 12-hour shifts, occasional 4-hour shifts, and every other weekend and holiday. - Wear navy scrubs as part of the dress code. - Participate in a structured orientation program, including 32 hours of orientation covering hospital procedures, unit-specific training, and critical care department familiarization. 27113635EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS PALS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
