Experience: --- 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months. --- 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months. --- Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required after submission). --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Local & travel allowed. Candidates living --- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Guaranteed Hours 36 Shift: Day/Night; every other weekend and every other holiday Floating to over units/departments: Primary unit will be 6CD, but will be expected to float to any med/surg unit at any of the 3 Sanford Medical Centers in Fargo 32 bed unit Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 4-5:1 on day shift, 5-6:1 on night shift Required skills and minimum years of experience: Min 1 year strong MS experience within a large hospital setting. Cardiac experience preferred, not required. Dress Code: Navy Blue Scrubs 1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission 1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support)
