Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Cath Lab RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58104! Pay
Information $3,306 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13
weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 2 years of
cath lab experience, preferably critical care experience in ICU or
ED License: Active RN License (ND or Compact License)
Certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be AHA) Must-Have: Comfort with
administering conscious sedation and using ACLS/BLS Description:
Provide nursing care to patients coming to the cath lab. Care
includes cardiac cath with intervention, device implants,
peripheral vascular, stroke, structural heart, STEMI, and stroke
patients. Comfortable with administering conscious sedation.
Utilize ACLS and BLS in practice. Complete nursing assessments for
patients. Knowledge of equipment utilized in the department
includes EPIC, CUPID, GE MAC LAB, EKOS, balloon pumps, IMPELLA,
Angiovac, FFR, and IVUS. Work 4/10 hour shifts, Monday through
Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Be available for call every 2-3
weekends and one night per week. Potential on-call hours with a
call team, understanding that one may be the only RN on call but
part of a 4-person call team plus MD. The unit consists of 7 cath
labs. The nurse to patient ratio is 1:1 during cases. Scrubs will
be provided for the position. Orientation includes a couple of
shifts with an RN for one-on-one training. Cannot accept travelers
living within a 60-mile radius of the facility. Local travel rate
applies for those living 60 to 80 miles from the facility, with a
