Job Description Hospitalist – Fargo, North DakotaPermanent | Day Shifts | 7-on/7-off Schedule | Closed ICUPosition Highlights: - Hospital Info: - 140-bed facility - Closed ICU – No procedures required - 24/7 intensivist support - Schedule: - Daytime Hospitalist role - 7-on / 7-off (flexible scheduling options available) - Team Environment: - 20 full-time hospitalists strong NP support - Collegial and collaborative hospitalist team - Patient Load: - Average of 14–17 patients per shift - No night shifts required for this roleCandidate Profile: - Board Certified / Board Eligible in: - Internal Medicine – Required - Family Medicine with strong hospital-based experience – Accepted - Must have strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach - Open to new grads – mentorship opportunities availableReferral Program:Know someone who might be a fit?
