Facility: Sanford Med Ctr Fargo Location: Fargo, ND Address: 5225 23rd Ave S, Fargo, ND 58104, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Evening Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $24.00 - $38.50 Pay Info: $15,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two year work commitment. Non-certified techs will start at $24/hour, certified techs will start at $25.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience. Department Details Come work at our Level 1 Trauma center in the heart of Fargo! Join this fast paced team of surgical technologists that support various types of surgical cases including general, trauma, bariatrics, urology, gynecology, robotics, cardiovascular, plastics, ear-nose-throat, oral, pediatric, neuro, peripheral vascular and pediatric and adult orthopedic trauma. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm, no call with this schedule. Job Summary Surgical technologist are an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to patients. What you will do: · Provide assistance to the surgeon during surgical procedures, including preparing and organizing operating room instruments and supplies. · Anticipate the surgeons needs during a procedure. Qualifications Position requirements: · A graduate of a Surgical Technology program. · Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins. · National certification preferred, but not required.
