TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58104! Pay Information $2,434 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hour Day/Night Rotate Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting with 200 beds License: Active RN License (North Dakota or Compact) Certifications: Active BLS (must be AHA) Must-Have: - Minimum of 1 year recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting - Active RN License (North Dakota or Compact) - Active BLS certification (must be AHA) - Willing/able to float to any medical surgical unit across multiple locations if needed - Travel experience preferred - EPIC experience - Experience working in a busy level one trauma center Description: This position requires an RN with experience in inpatient electronic documentation and assessments. Candidates will work with a diverse patient population, including adult trauma, medical, and surgical patients with a wide range of needs. The unit is certified for specialized programs. Nurses will utilize EPIC electronic health record systems, acuity tools, and other identified inpatient equipment. Nurses will be responsible for managing a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:5-6 during night shifts. Candidates must badge in and out of the facility, follow protocols, and may need to self-schedule within guaranteed contracted hours. Nurses may float to different medical surgical units as needed. All staff must adhere to unit policies and procedures while providing high-quality patient care.
