Type: Regular Work Shift: Primarily days with night, weekend and
holiday on-call involvement (United States of America) Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual pay rate
dependent upon experience. $32.00 - $48.00 Position Highlights

development - Develop and deliver engaging training programs for
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) - Provide hands-on instruction
and mentorship to ensure competency in patient care skills - Create
and update educational materials, including lesson plans and
competency checklists - Assess CNA performance and provide
constructive feedback for improvement - Coordinate orientation for
new CNAs and ongoing education for current staff - Ensure
compliance with state and facility regulations for CNA training and
certification - Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify
training needs and implement solutions - Maintain accurate records
of training sessions, evaluations, and certifications
Qualifications: - Current RN license in good standing - Strong
clinical background with experience in long-term care or acute care
settings - Excellent communication and teaching skills - Ability to
adapt training methods to different learning styles - Knowledge of

matter. A Brief Overview Provides instructions for Nursing
Assistant clinical skills and assists to maintain course
documentation and related Nursing Assistant program communication.
Contributes to the advancement of the practice of the frontline
nursing staff. What you will do - Coordinates education for new
employees, assures timelines meet regulatory standards and facility
policy. Retains required documentation for education requirements.
Assures quality standards and testing exceeds Department of Health
(DOH) and Board of Nursing (BON) requirements. - Completes
onboarding with new employees and follows pre-determined timelines
for completion of onboarding activities. - Assures all staff
complete education and certification within set timelines to
include: LMS education, required skilled nursing facility
education, assisted living education, annual certification/license
requirements, and role specific education. - Provides nursing care
in accordance with the facility policies and procedures within the
scope of practice of the Registered Nurse. Maintains a high level
of clinical competency. Acts as a role model to staff. - Works
closely with leadership and staff to ensure care delivery on floor
is according to policy and procedure and the expectations of the
care delivery system. Consults with other units and health care
professionals to improve care. - Actively participants in staff
transition from classroom to clinical setting. - Collaborates with
others on content and operational design of orientation, clinical
competency and other clinical educational program development.

License/Certification, or Work Experience: - Registered Nurse (RN)
- Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon
Hire - 2 years of nursing experience at least 1 year of which is in
