Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Fargo, ND Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,886 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8 hours with rotating call Hours per Shift: 8 hours per day Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience License: BLS, RN license Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: Large hospital experience with over 250 beds and level 1 trauma status Experience working in an acute facility with 15 or more operating room suites Experience with robotic systems, particularly DaVinci Experience in General surgical cases, GYN, Urology, and laparoscopic procedures Experience with some Neuro and Ortho procedures Description: This position requires circulating nurses who will document and care for patients in the operative setting. Responsibilities include sterile prepping of surgical sites, catheter insertion, and opening sterile supplies. Positioning patients for surgical procedures and documenting within an electronic record is also required. The nurse will utilize and set up operating room equipment as directed. The work environment includes computerized charting similar to the EPIC system, cautery, lasers, laparoscopic, and arthroscopy equipment. The nurse-to-patient ratio in this unit is 1 to 1. Call required is 1 to 2 days a week and every 3 to 4 weekends. Floating to other units or departments may occur, though it is rare. All clinicians must badge in and out of the facility. Scrub color will be provided in Ceil Blue. This position will require staying late as needed, which is considered an extension of the regular shift.
