Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Fargo, ND Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,006 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position Job Title: OR Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8-10 hour days Hours per Shift: 40 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years recent OR RN experience License: RN License (ND or Compact) Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: - Large hospital experience with 250 beds and level 1 trauma status - Experience in an acute facility with 15 or more OR suites - Experience with robotics, DaVinci preferred - Strong general and ENT experience Description: Circulating nurses will document and care for patients in the operative setting. Responsibilities include sterile prepping of surgical sites, catheter insertion, and opening sterile supplies. Nurses will also position patients for surgical procedures and document within an electronic record. Utilization and setup of operating room equipment as directed is required. Experience with Neuro and Ortho procedures along with navigation is necessary. All clinicians must badge in and out. Scrub color is provided as Ceil Blue. Call schedule is 1-2 days a week and every 3-4 weekends. May float to other units if needed, although this is rare. The unit has 25 OR suites and handles an average of 75-100 cases per day. The nurse to patient ratio is 1 to 1. The position may require staying late based on cases running over or scheduling. This time is not considered callback but an extension of the regular shift.
