Job Description Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Exciting Urology Opportunity in Fargo, ND Essentia Health – Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a board certified or board eligible Urologist to join our esteemed and dynamic team. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation. * Supportive Team Environment: Work alongside a collegial team of 1 Urologist and 3 Nurse Practitioners. * Balanced Workload: Admissions are managed by the hospitalist service, with a manageable call schedule of 1:4. * Operational Efficiency: Benefit from dedicated block time of 2-3 days per week, supported by a well-trained and efficient OR staff. * Advanced Support: Our Advanced Practice Providers assist in the OR and help manage hospital patients. State-of-the-Art Facilities * Level II Trauma Center: Providing comprehensive care with advanced technology. * Cutting-Edge Equipment: Including 2 Da Vinci Robots, 120-Watt Holmium Laser, Thulium, Rezum Therapy, MRI Prostate Guided Biopsy, and Urodynamics. * Integrated Care: Clinic, ER, OR, and hospital are all within the same facility, ensuring seamless patient care. * Robust Referral Network: Built-in referral pattern from a large health system with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the regional service area.
