LPN LVN - Medical Oncology *Day Shift* at Providence Health and

approved Practical Nurse Program. Upon hire: Washington Licensed
Practical Nurse. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association. 1 year Experience working in a medical setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Two years of
community college/business school training. Coursework/Training:
