Coverage Needed Schedule: 7 - 14 days per month, including some holidays Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with night call via pager Weekend Call: 24-hour call on Saturdays and Sundays Specific Dates: March 9-16 April 13-20 or April 27-May 4 May - any seven days, inclusive of a full weekend June - any seven days, inclusive of a full weekend July - any seven days, inclusive of a full weekend August - any seven days, inclusive of a full weekend September - any seven days, inclusive of a full weekend Clinical Details Coverage Type: General ENT Patient Volume: 16 patients per day in clinic Operating Room: May include a day for scheduled surgical cases Call: Minimal patient calls and call backs While in the clinic, will also be "on call" for any consults in the hospital Patient Demographics: Adult and pediatric patients Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 LPNs, 2 registration specialists, audiologists EMR: Epic No significant facial traumas Requirements Truly Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified will not accept non-boarded providers Must be able to see both adult and pediatric patients Accepts IMLC or licensure candidates No pending malpractice cases Clean background
