to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Fargo, North Dakota, 58104! Job

Rotate Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of
recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting License:
Active RN License in ND or Compact State Certifications: Active BLS
- must be AHA Must-Have: - Minimum of 1 year recent nursing
experience in a large hospital setting (200 beds) - Active ND or
Compact RN License - Active BLS - must be AHA - Willingness and
ability to float to any Medical Surgical unit across locations if
needed - Travel experience is highly preferred - EPIC experience -
Experience working in a busy level one trauma center Description: -
The nurse will be responsible for providing inpatient care to adult
trauma, medical, and surgical patients with a wide range of medical
and surgical needs. - The unit is certified for its Hip Fracture
Program. - All clinicians must badge in and out. - The nurse will
utilize EPIC for electronic documentation. - Patient assessments
and skills will be conducted as part of the nursing care. - The
nurse-patient ratio is typically 1:4-5 during days and 1:5-6 during
nights. - The schedule includes 12-hour shifts with every other
weekend and rotating holidays. - Nurses may have the opportunity to
self-schedule; however, there may be adjustments to maintain unit
balance. - Floating to other units or departments may be required
