develop personalized care plans Administer medications and provide
medical treatments as needed Monitor clients' health conditions and
progress Provide support and education to clients and their
families Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure
comprehensive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of North Dakota
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a home care
setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
work independently and as part of a team Compassionate and
