Cassia community, is hiring On-Call Trained Medication Aides to
support our nursing staff as needed. This flexible role is ideal

certification as well. As an On-Call TMA /CNA at Fargo Elim , you
will administer medications and collaborate closely with nurses and
caregivers to ensure resident safety and well-being. The ideal
candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate, with a
commitment to providing quality care and supporting older adults
with dignity and respect. Position Type: On-Call Shifts Available:
6:30 PM - 6:30 AM Location: 3540 S University Dr, Fargo, ND 58104
TMA/CNA Responsibilities : Prepare and administer medications. Help
each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance
and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily
living activities. Review and follow a written care plan. Measure
and record vital signs including pulse, temperature, and blood
pressure on new computerized software. Assist with various resident
cares such as answering light calls and helping residents to the
bathroom. Observe resident behavior and report any changes in
condition or behavior to supervisor. Perform other duties as
requested. TMA/CNA Qualifications: Current ND Nursing Assistant
certification required. Must hold current TMA certification in
North Dakota. Strong communication skills to interact with
residents and staff. Must be able to stand for length of 8-hour
shift. Team player who has a passion for elder care and adapts
