Job Description Job Description Salary: $66,300.00 DOE $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS JOBSUMMARY The Registered Nurse supports client health and safety by assessing, monitoring, and addressing medical needs while promoting sobriety through therapeutic relationships and healthy behaviors. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Evaluate,observe,record,andmaintainhealth -relatedinformation on each resident throughinitialexams and ongoing monitoring to ensure comfort and safety of residents and staff. Initiate treatment and management of common health problemsinall residents; consult with other healthcareprovidersas necessary. Administermedications, prescriptive or therapeutic devices or treatments for clients. Train residentsin health education, disease prevention,nutrition,and other related topics toassistresidents in achieving andmaintainingoptimumhealth. Daily supportofutilizationreviews. Participate in clinical staffing of residents and work with treatmentteamto provide residents withholisticapproach to health and sobriety. Conduct initial and periodic training ofappropriate staffon medication administration,social detoxification programand other medically related topicsto ensurecompliance, preventerrorsandmaintainahighly skilledstaff. Oversee andmonitorthe dispensing of medication; trainappropriate staffin dispensing of medication to ensure residents receive proper dosage. Provide andmaintainreliable,prompt attendance,andability toworkthe schedule dictated by business necessity. Participate in on-call coverage forShareHouse. Other duties as assigned by supervisors. PERIODICFUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee drug/alcohol testing process to ensure compliance and continued sobriety of residents Work withother nursing staff membersto ordermedical supply and equipment inventory QUALIFICATIONS RequiresBachelorsdegree in Nursing; and 1-yearrelated experience in an acute care setting; or RequiresAssociates degree in Nursing; and 2years related experience in an acute care setting Must have experience working in the field of substance use disorders REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATES Mustpossesscurrent North DakotaRegisteredNursing License Must be CPR certified CULTURE FIT Werecommitted to creating a culture of transparency and psychological safety.
