Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate and skilled
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team in
providing high-quality care to our community. The candidate will
play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes, promoting
wellness, and supporting patient education in an underserved area.
You will work closely with a team of medical professionals to
deliver holistic healthcare services tailored to the needs of our
patients, aligning with our mission of improving health and
wellness in the community. Provide basic nursing care under the
direction of registered nurses and doctors Monitor and record
patient vital signs, administer medications, and ensure proper
documentation Educate patients and families on health care needs,
conditions, and treatment options Implement patient care plans and
assist with medical procedures Ensure a clean and safe environment
for all patients to promote optimal patient outcomes Report patient
status and concerns to registered nurses and doctors in a timely
manner Strong practical nursing skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in maintaining accurate medical
records Ability to work effectively in a team Compassion and
patience in dealing with challenging situations Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN
license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required
