Find your calling at Mercy! The Nurse Manager of the Infusion
Center is responsible for ensuring safe, high?quality, and
cost?effective patient care through competent clinical staffing,
efficient resource utilization, and continuous process improvement.
This leader oversees day?to?day infusion operations, supports staff
development, and partners closely with physicians, advanced
practice providers, and hospital leadership to deliver exceptional
patient experiences and outcomes. The Nurse Manager also plays a
key role in budgeting, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance,
and fostering an environment of teamwork and professional growth.
Position Details: Education : Graduate of an approved school of
nursing. BSN preferred. Licensure : Current license in applicable
State of practice for Registered Nurse. Experience : Minimum three
years nursing experience. Previous leadership/management experience
preferred. Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification required
within 90 days of hire. Other : Demonstrates skill in human
relations and communications is required. Must have broad
understanding of the patient care process and be able to
demonstrate clinical expertise in their area of responsibility. Why
